To participate in construction activities and field development projects, Naqsh Tarsim Milad (NTM) Consulting Engineers Company was established in 1999. Since that year, and utilizing excellent management, innovation, up to dated knowledge, modern technology, creative human resources, and cooperation a large number of faculty members of different universities, NTM is trying hard to have effective and successful presence in both the levels of national and international civil activities. Getting certificates of project management services in the fields of dam construction, irrigation and drainage networks, railway, road construction, and surveying, and also certificates of consultancy services in the fields of dam construction, irrigation and drainage networks, river engineering and costal protection, water and wastewater structures, railways, road construction, different types of building including residential, commercial, administrative, military, and industrial, land surveying, hydrographic, photo-grammetry, micro geodesy, and geographic information systems, NTM had success on doing a great number of civil projects for various governmental organizations.

For dynamism and technical knowledge updating, and also to have a close relationship with engineering society, NTM is a member of the society of consulting engineers of Iran, supervised by the international federation of consultants, for many years and besides to be a member of organizations of civil engineering association, the association of Iranian surveyors, the Iranian society of consulting engineers of surveying, NTM has a close relationships with the technical and engineering educational departments of the universities of Tehran, Sharif industrial, Amir Kabir, Science and industrial, and Khajeh nasir. Due to the necessity of standardization and to establish the quality managing system, using its qualified and professional management and also employing the expert engineers, the managing directorial of NTM obtained Certificate of the Quality Management System on the basis of  ISO9001: 2001 from M.I.C. (MOODY INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION) Company.
